Kualitas Internal Telur Ayam Strain Isa Brown Umur 95 minggu pada berbagai lama penyimpanan
The purpose of this study was to determine the quality in t ernal of chicken eggs
aged 95 weeks at various storage times. Laboratory experiments using RAL (Complete
Randomized Design). The study treatment included the duration of egg storage for (P0 =
0 days; P1 = 7 days; P2 =14 days; P3 = 21 days; P4 = 28 days) with 4 replays. In each
experiment using 5 eggs and each treatment consisted of 20 eggs, the number of eggs
used was 100 eggs with an average temperature of 20-25 °C. Based on the results of the
study showed that the length of storage had a very real effect on the egg white index
