Pengaruh Substitusi Bekatul Menggunakan Molases Terhadap Sifat Fisik Urea Molases Blok (UMB)
The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Bran Substitution Using
Molasses on the Physical Properties of Urea Molasses Block (UMB). The research was
carried out from January 7 to 10, 2025 at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture,
PGRI Kanjuruhan University, Malang. The materials used are molasses, urea, minerals,
white cement, and bran. The method used in this study was a laboratory experiment using
a Complete Random Design with 4 treatments, namely bran substitution using molasses
(P1 = 20%), ( P2 = 25%), ( P3 = 30%), (P4 = 35%). Each treatment was repeated 4 times.
The variables in this study are color, hardness level, aroma, and moisture content. The data
obtained was analyzed with anova. The results showed that bran substitution using
