Kajian Pengawasan dan Penerapan Lalu Lintas Hewan dan Produk Asal Hewan Dari Dinas Peternakan dan Kesahatan Hewan Kabupaten Malang

This research was conducted at the Department of Animal Husbandry
and Animal Health, Malang Regency from June 2021 to July 2022. This study
aims to determine the monitoring and implementation of animal traffic and animal
products from the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health, Malang
Regency.
The method used in this research is qualitative method. The variables to be
observed include Business Actors, Livestock Animals, Animal Products, and
SKKH and SKKPH Documents. Analysis of research data using descriptive
analysis and then compared with literature study. Based on the results of research
at the Malang Regency Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service, it can be
concluded that the Supervision and Implementation of the Prohibition on the
Traffic of Animals and Products of Animal Origin is in accordance with
established rules and in accordance with standard SOPs. From the data,
expenditure on animals and products of animal origin experienced ups and downs
in 2021 - 2022, especially in June 2021 - June 2022. This was due to demand from
destination areas experiencing a decline and services that still did not use an
online system. Service officers are advised to provide direct direction and
outreach to breeders or business actors to create discipline in sending or importing
animals or products of animal origin
