Evakuasi Penggunaan Minyak Ikan Lemuru Terproteksi Ca(OH)2 Terhadap Kecernaan Bahan Organik (KeBO) Pakan Ternak Domba
This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Ca(OH)2 Protected
Lemuru Fish Oil on the Digestibility Matter Dry (DMD) and Digestibility of
Organic Matter (DOM) of Sheep Feed. The material used in this study was a Thintailed Ram with a total of 12 heads with an average body weight of 19-22 kg.
Livestock are grouped into 4 groups based on body weight (BW), namely K1 (19 ±
0.5 kg), K2 (20 ± 0.5 kg), K3 (21 ± 0.5 kg), K4 (22 ± 0.5 kg). The method used in
this study was a field experiment using Group Randomized Design (GRD) with 3
treatments including P0 (Basal feed (forage + concentrate) as a control treatment),
P1 (basal feed + addition of 5% lemuru fish oil ca-to concentrate), and P2 (Basal
feed + addition of 7.5% lemuru fish oil ca-to concentrate). Each treatment was
repeated four times. The variables observed in this study were the digestibility of
dry matter (DMD) and the digestibility of organic matter (DOM) in sheep paka.
The data obtained during the study were analyzed using covariance analysis, if there
was any influence continued using the Duncan test. Based on the results of the study
showed that the use of calcium hydroxide protected lemuru fish oil in feed had a
very real effect (P
