Estimasi Kandungan Nutrisi Bahan Pakan Konsentrat Ternak Domba di Pusat Inovasi Agroteknologi (PIAT) UGM Berdasarkan Kajian Literatur
The aim of this research is to estimate of nutritional content of sheep concentrate at
the center for agrotechnology innovation (PIAT) UGM based on a literature review.
The research method used is descriptive. Data collection techniques use
documentation studies. The variable in this research is the nutrient content of the
concentrate. The results of this research show the results of the analysis at PIAT
UGM which consisted of BK 88.25%, PK 15.49%, LK 5.44%, SK13.68%, TDN
73.57%, Ash 5.62%. The results of nutrient calculations based on literature show
that BK 87.16%, PK 10.41%, LK 5.55%, SK 6.42%, TDN 64.53%, Ash 8.37%.
Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the data obtained from
nutrient calculations and nutrient data from livestock have relatively almost the
same value for the number of LK, while the BK, PK, SK and TDN values in the
document data at PIAT UGM are higher than the calculation results. based on
references.
