Analysis of Mr. Sunarno's Layer Chicken Business in Gajahrejo Village, Gedangan District, Malang

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of Mr. Sunarno's laying hen farming business in Gajahrejo Village, Gedangan District, Malang Regency. The benefit of this research is to provide information and an overview for farmers in their business development. The research was conducted on March 15-April 15, 2021. The research method used is a survey, using data collection techniques including interviews, observations, questionnaires. The material used in this study was Mr. Sunarno's laying hens, numbering 1100 heads. The respondent in this study was Mr. Sunarno as the owner of the farm. The variables used in this study are Revenue (TR), Total production cost (TC), Profit, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C ratio), R/C ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio), Break Even Point, Pay Back Period (PBP). Data were analyzed using descriptive and quantitative analysis. This research produced data on the feasibility of laying hen farming. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the laying hens business of Mr. Sunarno in Gajahrejo Village, Gedangan District, Malang Regency. The time of the research was carried out on March 15-15 April 2021. The material used in this study was Mr. Sunarno's laying hens, amounting to 1100 tails. Respondents in this study were Mr. Sunarno as the owner of the farm. The research method used is a survey, using data collection techniques including interviews, observations, questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive and quantitative analysis. This research produced data on the feasibility of Mr. Sunarno's laying hen business with a total of 1100 head of livestock, it will get investment cost data of IDR 123,600,000, depreciation costs of IDR 3,897,000 for 7 months, total production costs for 7 months IDR 194,894 ,000 receipts of Rp. 236,220,000 for 7 months, earning a profit of Rp.41,326.00 for 7 months. produces a price BEP value of Rp. 17,996, a product BEP value of 8975.49, an R/C value of 1.21, a B/C value of 0.23,. PBP value of 19 months. The profit earned was IDR 41,326,000. This study produces business feasibility data from an R/C value of 1.21 indicating a value > 1, so the business can be categorized as feasible and good to continue. Mr. Sunarno's laying hens are expected to further increase livestock productivity in order to get a greater output, and to do recording to make it easier to run a business.
