Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Leverage Dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Periode 2018-2020)

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of managerial
ownership variables, leverage and profitability on firm value. This type of
research is quantitative research and uses a purposing sampling method in
determining the sample with several predetermined criteria and the sample
obtained is 20 companies from 47 mining sector companies listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2020. The analytical method used
to test the research hypothesis is linear regression analysis. The results showed
that the managerial ownership variable, leverage variable, and profitability
variable simultaneously had a significant positive effect on firm value. Managerial
ownership variable has a significant positive effect on firm value, leverage
variable which is proxies by debt to ratio (DER) has a significant positive effect
on firm value, Profitability variable measured by using return on equity has a
significant positive effect on firm value, then the dependent variable of firm value
is proxies by Tobin's q.
