Analisis Nilai Perjuangan Tokoh Pada Novel Sang Alkemis Karya Paulo Coelho

This study discusses three problems found in the Novel Sang Alkemis by,
Paulo Coelho. The problems discussed are the value of self-sacrifice in the novel,
the value of mutual respect in the novel, and the value of patience and unyielding
spirit.
Sociology of literature generally relates to life in society, both in small and
large circles. The theory has several sources contained in the value of struggle,
namely the value of being willing to sacrifice, the value of mutual respect, the
value of patience and unyielding spirit, and the value of cooperation.
The method used in this research is qualitative method.
the method used in analyzing the data by describing or describing data that is
categorized as it is without intending to make conclusions that have been applied
to the public.
The technique used in this study, the technique of collecting that is, as a
researcher's activity in an effort to collect the required amount of data.
Checking the validity of the data or testing the validity of the data in this
study using triangulation techniques. The triangulation technique is a truth
checking technique by utilizing something else, such as sources, methods and
theories.
The result of the study struggle based on life in the novel sang Alkemis by,
Paulo Coelho is the actions or behavior and attitudes of characters who have a
sense of fighting value. Meanwhile, the struggle of the characters based on the
relationship and their relationship is a picture of the attitudes and behavior of the
characters related to society and things that exist in this world. then the message
presented in this study is a message conveyed by the author to the audience or
reader of the novel and of course the message conveyed is a good value that can
be mandated.
