Pengaruh Employee Engagementi dan Wuality of Work Life Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Studi Pada Karyawan Tetap Bagian Afdeling PT. Daya Sumber Makmur Kalimantan Barat)
This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, researchers get a sample of 98 respondents who occupy positions as permanent employees of the afdeling (field worker) section at PT. Daya Sumber Makmur of West Kalimantan. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Then the data was processed using statistical techniques of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that employee engagement and quality of work life simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the partial analysis show that there is a significant positive effect of employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior and significant positive and significant influence on quality of work life has a direct and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Some suggestions that can be considered by the manager include understanding the needs of employees with two-way interaction and listening to complaints directly without an intermediary supervisor, paying attention to the feasibility of facilities and security tools, considering that work activities are dominated in the field and require safe work tools. The social desire bias needs to be suppressed in further research, so that employees in filling out questionnaires can be more in line with the actual situation at PT. Daya Sumber Makmur of West Kalimantan.
