Kualitas Telur Ayam Strain Isa Brown Pada Berbagai Umur Fase Akhir Produksi Di Usaha Peternakan DIva Farm Desa Wonokoyo Kecamatan Kedung Kandang Kota Malang
he material used is eggs taken by sampling from chickens aged 50 weeks 5 eggs, 60 weeks 5 eggs and 70 weeks 5 eggs. This research method is a field and laboratory experiment. Each treatment was 3 and repeated 5 times. The research design used a completely randomized design, with research treatment including measurement and observation. The research variables used were egg weight, eggshell weight, egg shell thickness, egg yolk index, egg white index, pH. Data analysis using Anova.The results showed that the isa brown strain chicken eggs at various ages in the final phase of production gave no significant effect (P>0.05) on the highest egg weight (P3 68.5 grams) the lowest (P1 61.0 grams), the highest shell weight (P1 9.0 grams) the lowest (P3 8.4 grams), the highest eggshell thickness (P2 0.6 mm) the lowest (P1 0.4 mm), the highest egg white index (P3 0.064 mm) the lowest (P3 0.064 mm) P1 0.056 mm), the highest egg yolk index (P2 0.38 mm) the lowest (P1 0.36 mm), the highest egg pH (P2 7.9) the lowest (P1 7.6).Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the egg quality of isa brown strains at various ages in the final phase of production at Diva Farm, is in accordance with established standards. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested to laying hens farmers to pay attention to the factors that affect the external and internal quality of eggs
