Kualitas Telur Ayam Strain Isa Brown Pada Berbagai Bobot Badan Di Usaha Peternakan Diva Farm Desa Wonokoyo Kecamatan Kedung Kandang Kota Malang
The material used in this study was 15 eggs with different body weights and came from laying hens of the Isa Brown Strain phase at various body weights. This research procedure was carried out using a scale, caliper and pH paper. The research method used is field and laboratory experiments. The research design used a completely randomized design, with 3 treatments, namely P1 chicken eggs at a body weight of 1500-1600 grams, P2 chicken eggs at a body weight of 1700- 1800 grams and P3 chicken eggs at a body weight of 1900-2000 grams and 5 replications. observed in the form of egg weight, egg shell weight, Eggshell Thickness, Egg Yolk Index, Egg White Index and Egg pH. Data analysis using ANOVA if the treatment has an effect, then continue with the BNT . test .The results showed that the treatment of chicken eggs on chicken body weight gave no significant effect (P>0.05). on egg weight, shell weight, shell thickness, egg yolk index, egg white index, thickness, color, pH. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the chicken eggs with chicken body weight of 1,500 – 2,000 grams are still in accordance with the standards that have been set.
